Mr. Odell is the President of Spectrum Information Services NW, Inc. and is responsible for business development and operations management.
Prior to joining Spectrum, Mr. Odell spent 30 years in the Document Management Industry. In the early years, Glenn acted as Operations Manager for a major Southern California hospital. After spending five years in the Healthcare industry, he owned and operated a Computer Output to Microfilm (COM) Micrographics service bureau. As owner, Glenn touched all aspects of customer fulfillment in a variety of imaging and document presentation technologies. Prior to joining SIS NW, Glenn was Senior Vice President at Anacomp, a provider of comprehensive information outsourcing, maintenance support, and imaging and print solutions. His geography encompassed the Western half of the United States. He was responsible for annual revenue of $50 million and managed all aspects of operations, Sales and Maintenance.
Glenn attended the University of Southern California (USC) and has built his expertise in document management through experience and numerous industrial classes sponsored by IBM and Xerox.
Glenn is a grandfather of 4 and an avid golfer when he can find time to play a round on the Willamette Valley Country Club course in Portland, Oregon.

Greg Mennegar has over 25 years of experience in the microfilm and document imaging industry. His history includes management of the Imaging program for the Washington State Archives, operations management of one of the largest Computer Output Microfilm (COM) service bureaus in the USA, and extensive sales and consulting experience recommending and implementing document imaging and scanning solutions.
Greg is a strong supporter of the document imaging industry and has served as President of AIIM Northwest, theAssociation for Information and Image Management.

Lance Gilmore joined the Spectrum Information Systems NW team in March 2010. He brings over eleven years of experience in solution sales of document management technology and business process outsourcing (BPO) services. Previous industry experience includes three years at Encore Imaging Systems and over eight years with Scan One (A CorVel Company). His specialties include the custom application of Software as a Service (SaaS) and the use of document imaging and workflow technology to automate and redesign financial business processes especially accounts payable services. In addition, he is experienced in providing HIPAA compliant solutions to healthcare providers and payer including: paper to EDI claims conversion, electronic medical records document repositories, explanation of benefits processing, & medical lockbox services.
Before getting into sales the document management and BPO services, Lance gained over twenty years of hands-on business and leadership experience in the US Navy. He is a Commander in the US Navy Supply Corps (retired). He holds a bachelors degree from the University of Oregon Lundquist College of Business and an MBA from The George Washington University. Lance and his wife divide their time between their homes in Portland, Oregon and Salt Lake City, Utah.

With 20 years of financial experience, Lisa Kays manages the finance, accounting, human resource and general business functions of SIS NW, Inc
Prior to joining SIS NW, Inc. Lisa was a Business Manager supporting the $50M annual Operations, Sales, and Maintenance divisions for the four western regions of Anacomp Corporation. Anacomp provides a broad array of information outsourcing services, imaging and print solutions, and ongoing maintenance and support of document intense business processes.
Lisa attended The Evergreen State College and the University of Washington where she earned her Bachelor of Arts in Russian Studies. Lisa is married and the mother of 4 children.
Jerry Miller, General Manager

Jerry Miller oversees the day to day operations of the Seattle and Portland data centers. Jerry is a seasoned, dedicated leader with over twenty years of experience providing customer satisfaction in a fast-paced service oriented industry.
Prior to joining SIS NW, Inc., Jerry had a long and distinguished career at Anacomp. His responsibilities included programming, pre-sales support, direct sales, operations management, and regional support to other data centers.
Jerry attended San Bernardino Valley College. Jerry is an avid fisherman and is married with two children.
